My family and I are on a road trip and stopped by for dinner. It's a quant spot, nothing too exciting about the decor but friendly staff. We all ordered garden salads that were nothing special. My aunt ordered lasagna which came bubbling hot and would easily feed 2. My father and uncle ordered spaghetti, one with meatballs the other with sausage. I ordered a small (11in) white pizza with spinach. My aunt and I agreed that for not being fans of red sauces it was a well done in house sauce. The only complaint my uncle made is that the dish was a bit watery but both boys said the seasoning was good. My pizza was good for a quick stop, the crust was on the thin side and not greasy. Im a huge fan of garlic so I think it could use a bit more but tasty none the less. There seemed to be a steady stream of customers and to go orders which is always nice to see for a local spot.

Husband & I are NY/NJ transplants now living in Harford County. We were in North East on vacation and wish we lived closer to Bella. This is the closest to NY pizza we've had since moving to MD! Owner is from Naples, not NYC, even better! We're also picky about Alfredo sauce but Bella's is fantastic! And try their creamy pesto sauce. Delish! Grandma's Pizza was highly recommended but didn't get a chance to try. Will be back now that we know it's here.

Very good Pizza. If you are from NJ or NY, this is getting closer to what we were used to. Thin crust Italian Style pizza. Gramma's pizza is delicious. We live in Elkton and go the extra few miles to get pizza from here, worth the trip. Also have tried a few meals which were pretty good. Not the best in the world but good flavors and cooked correctly. Calzones are good too!

Staff was very friendly and place was clean. Great little pizza and sub place. I got a pizza and it was very good, crust was fantastic. I saw someone eating a sub and it looked good. Definitely recommend it!

Well, I used to like this place. Ordering two pizzas for delivery changed that opinion pretty quickly. Ordered two pizzas on a Saturday evening after moving furniture all day and exhausted. While placing the order, we gave directions to the cashier over the phone (we are only 5 miles away). Almost an hour goes by and we call asking for a status on our order. We are told the driver was on their way. Another twenty minutes pass and we call again. I am passed between employees and put on eternal hold. During that time, I am called by a delivery driver. He explains that he is the second driver and the first could not find our house. The first driver had our phone number, but decided to not call for directions or help. The second driver begins to get aggressive over the phone after I asked how old the pizzas were. It was explained to me that they were only 15 minutes old (but we called 20 minutes prior and were told the driver was on their way) and that they were "slammed." I told the driver that I would not accept cold pizzas and this is when he began to become even more aggressive and raise his voice to me on the phone. At this point, I told him to cancel the order and we would cease to visit their establishment 1-2 times per week. It is a shame, I liked this pizza joint......

Bella has been a family favorite of mine for nearly 9 years. Pepe and the entire staff make me feel welcome every time I come in. Whether it's pizza or a delicious entre, Bella does not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and stop in to try something. You won't be disappointed.

Pretty good pizza and they have a unique way of saucing the pizzas. Everything tastes authentic and delicious! It's a really cute restaurant but they deliver too.

Love the square grandma's pizza. The fried calamari has always been tasty and done right. The homemade tomato sauce is exceptional. Any main course I have tried from the Veal Parm, Spinach Stuffed Shells, Manicotti has always been good. A good reason to stop in North East for a tasty, reasonably priced meal.

My favorite part about life in Cecil County is that chain pizza delivery places aren't in abundance like they are in neighboring Harford. The ma and pop pizza tossin' italian joints are everywhere, and it is glorious. Bella Pizza is a perfect example of such greatness. I thought when we moved from Port to North we would miss our favorite little hole in the wall pizza joint. Don't get me wrong - we do. But Bella Pizza stepped up to the plate and fulfilled our need for quick, hot, delicious pie - just a phone call away. The pizza is fantastic. Everything about it from the cheese to the sauce to the crust - phenomenal. Cooked to perfect, oozy, the right amount of grease. I can't name a single thing that would make it better. Even the price is right. I'll happily pay $18.99 for two large cheese pizzas all day long. We mostly order delivery, with service being fast and friendly. The pizza is always piping hot when it arrives, and is always quicker than expected. We dined in once. The place was clean, our servers were friendly. I was shocked at the portion size of the childs spaghetti and the lasagna, but they were both delicious. Hubs and I each got cheesesteak subs. He got the buffalo chicken cheesesteak - chicken doused in a fantastic buffalo/blue cheese sauce. I got the Bella special which was great but I should have read the menu - as much as I love Bella's marinara, I don't like pizza sauce on my cheesesteak. I still cleaned my plate. We'll be patroning Bella's again and again.

This place calls itself Bella Pizza. Most Pizza places make ok or so so Italian food. But Bella's is the exception. Bella's is the best Italian style food in Cecil County Maryland. I originally come from the Philadelphia area where the competition keeps the quality of real Italian style food at a very high level. Bella's is actually better than a lot of Philly area Italian restaurants. By the way the Pizza is very good as well. They also serve beer and wine. There are about 10 tables and that is the only drawback as the place is pretty small.

We went here Friday night, great pizza, real beer(Peroni) and good service. Going to try the delivery service tonight!

This is the best pizza place that delivers in North East. You may be wondering why I gave it 2 stars then. That's because ALL of the pizza places in North East are horrible, so this is merely the best of the bad. 3 stars is average, and this is below average pizza, so I can't give it 3 stars. Pats and Ninos are terrible (1 stars), so this falls right in between at a lowly 2 stars.

Two words: Grandma Pie. (Not a cannibal thing. Figured I should clarify in light of all the recent headlines.)

I ordered delivery from this restaurant from a local hotel I was staying at. The food was promised to be there in 35-40 minutes, and it came about 38 minutes later, warm but not hot. I ordered 3 appetizer items. The side of meatballs had three very good size meatballs in sauce, and tasted good, but could use more seasoning. A good value for only $2.99. The chicken quesadilla comes with a package of sour cream and a side of salsa. It is huge, and very easily could be a meal. The chicken is flavored with a taco seasoning blend. I did not care for much, but I am very picky about quesadillas. The fried mushrooms were okay. I think the best advice could be that if you are ordering from a pizza restaurant, stick with the pizza.

I have been eating here since they opened (live in North East). Always great food and honestly the best Pizza I have ever had anywhere. The owners are awesome to talk with and friendly as it gets. If you are in North East and hungry for Pizza or Italian food without breaking the bank this is the place! Peppe if you are reading this only thing that would make it even better is some outdoor seating!!!! Hint Hint Visit here as it is a cut above any chain store!

We have been going to Bella's for pizza and wings for almost 12yrs. They also have a dining section and a nice looking menu, but we always stick with the pizza and wings. Most times I call ahead and pick it up on my way home. The owner always makes it a point to say hello to everyone that stops in and it really makes you feel like they appreciate your business. Right at the light as you get into town and it is on the left.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
